FoBe Produktion in Näsviken is looking to strengthen its team with a measurement operator

About the company

FoBe Produktion AB offers services in machining with a focus on CNC turning and milling. We are located in Näsviken, about 15 km from Hudiksvall, and currently have 28 employees. Since spring 2020, we have been part of the industrial group Polskenet Invest, which means we have strong and committed owners who provide us with excellent conditions to continue developing and to be a safe and inspiring workplace.

We work with several different industries, and many of our customers are among Sweden's largest industrial companies with high demands regarding service, quality, and delivery reliability. We have a high degree of automation in our manufacturing, and most of the machines are operated by robots.

FoBe is in an expansive phase, and we have made significant investments in our machinery in recent years.

About the position/tasks

You will primarily work in our new measurement room, where we have modern measuring machines to ensure the right quality of the components we manufacture.

Your tasks will include:

· Performing quality control of the components we manufacture

· Developing programs for the measuring machine.

· Calibrating hand measuring tools and gauges

· Marking measuring tools and ensuring they have the correct status in our system.

· Supporting our CNC operators in quality assurance through counter-measurements, etc.

· Working together with our production technicians to develop routines for quality assurance and follow up on our processes

Through good collaboration with your colleagues, you will help meet our customers' requirements for delivery reliability and quality. We work in the Monitor G5 business system.

Formal qualifications

You have education and experience in the CNC field and are fully proficient in reading technical drawings. We believe you have several years of experience as a machine operator and want to deepen your knowledge in measurement technology, or you already have experience as a measurement technician.
